They are really nice headphones. Very high quality, durable. Pretty easy to figure out. Nice to be able to communicate with the crew over the sounds of the heavy equipment.

This headset has worked out great for my wife and I on our property and in our shop. It worked right out of the box with our other midland GMRS radios. We can now drive the skid-steer and stay in communication without taking hands off of the controls. I'm surprised how well the auto-transmit function works when talking into the mic. There's a little delay between when you start to talk and it starts transmitting, so we practice saying "Hey Hey" before every communication. Still better than taking your hands off of a tool to grab a button. And it works well even when a loud diesel engine is running. It's an expensive headset, but it seems well built. I'm annoyed that theres a proprietary charging cable. I have enough damn cables to keep track of, I wish these small electronic manufactures would just stick to something you can replace at any store.

The product is great, However this last headset I purchased didn't work. It would not sync with my phone or the other headsets. Still a good pproduct and 3M is making it right
