- USPS 1-5 day delivery
- Next Day Air: Next day delivery by 10:30 am - 12:00 noon or end of the day (depends on destination)
2nd Day Air ($24.30) Delivery by the end of the second business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.

Yes, we offer international shipping on most of our products! However, we are unauthorized to ship any 3M or Ops Core products outside of the United States of America (Including APO). If you need to ship certain products to an APO please contact us at 800-991-4569.

Yes, we can program your two-way radio. We typically charge $100-$150 per radio. We can also program your 3M LiteCom Pro Headsets with built-in two-way communication. We require a list of desired frequencies.

If you intend to use your two-way radio in a range that exceeds a mile, you will need to contact the FCC for a license. We have years of experience with FCC and licensing, contact us for the paperwork required and for more information.
The difference between digital and analog modulation is the way they conduct data. Input needs to be in analog format for analog modulation, while the digital format is required for digital modulation. Analog is the cheaper method because it’s easier to implement. Lastly, digital sound is a more accurate output than analog.
UHF is better for indoor use because its less likely to be interfered by other two-way devices. VHF is better for outdoors, free of obstruction because of smaller frequencies.

A single band is less expensive than a multi-band but has a shorter range and signal strength. A multi-band allows you to use both VHF and UHF frequencies, but not together. A single band will work fine in most situations but if you are looking for versatility multiband is your best choice.
A popular type of NMO mount is a magnetic mount which holds on to a metallic surface well. A different kind of NMO is a through-hole mount which requires a small hole to be drilled into the surface and is best for rough conditions. The last type of NMO is the trunk lid mount which the hooks are positioned under the trunk lid.
