The Story Behind Xpresscomm LTE
Over the years, weβve received countless calls from business owners wanting long range communications, anywhere ranging from over thirty miles or even across state lines. A traditional two-way radio just wasnβt going to work - not without spending a lot of money and building out complicated repeater systems. They wanted something similar to the durability and easiness of a two-way radio but not a cell phone. With that in mind, the concept of a walkie talkie that ran on LTE and utilizing the coverage of the largest cell networks would give businesses the ability to talk wherever they are in the country.Β
On the other side, we started noticing a need for uninterrupted communication. Recently cell carriers have lost coverage for several hours, leaving customers unable to communicate with loved ones and unsure of when coverage would be back. An LTE based walkie talkie that ran on all carriers, not just one, would switch carriers automatically if one was down or out of range.
Shortly after, the Xpresscomm Nationwide LTE Walkie Talkie emerged, transforming the way people communicate.
