Motorola RMN4049A compatible fully submersible microphone and ear insert is constructed with Kevlar reinforced cable, include a large body in-line PTT w/PTT Guard, remote finger PTT for remote covert hands free use. Come with S, M, L ear inserts for use with coiled acoustical tube, and a direct connector for Motorola XTS series radios.

Often used as a XTS5000 temple transducer headset and a XTS Swat team headset.

Fully compatible to Motorola RMN4049A.
