Shipping Policy

  1. Orders $299 and above within the United States will ship with free standard shipping.
  2.  In-stock items will ship with 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please be aware we are unable to stock all items displayed on our website, if your item is not in stock or is on backorder, a representative will be in touch with an estimated ship date.
  3. If Next-Day or 2-Day delivery is needed, please contact us before 3pm EST to comfirm availabiliy and your order can ship same day.
  4. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS by the carrier of your choice during checkout. Please be aware that shipping times are different than our order processing times.
  5. Typical shipping times:

    *These shipping times are esitmated and depend on your actual shipping location. We are not responsible for delayed, damaged or lost packages. If your package is lost, please reach out to us to file a claim.

    • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days
    • USPS Priority Mail Express: Next day to 2 Days
    • Priority Mail International USPS: 7-10 Days outside the U.S.
    • UPS Ground: 2-5 Business Days within the U.S.
    • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days
    • UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day

  6. Any product that are labeled with "Government Export Restriction" is prohibited from being shipping outside of the United States of America. This includes APO/DPO/FPO addresses. For more information visit our Export Restrictions Policy.
  7. Duties and taxes are calculated and charged at the time of checkout for orders outside of the United States of America. First Source Wireless is not responsible for these charges for delivery.

Returns Policy

  • All returns must be processed within 30 days from date of purchase.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all orders. In the event, we have made a mistake such as shipping the wrong item, you will be excluded from the restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping upon return.
  • All products must be in original packaging, no marks or writing on the product or product packaging, products must be in new or unused condition.

Submit a Return Request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
    • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  2. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. Check your SPAM folder if you did not receive one.
  3. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. If you need to exchange an item, please include that in the notes.
  6. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After a product is returned, you will receive a refund. Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns to be fully procressed and reflected in your account. Returns are issued to the same credit card used on your original purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

Some items are not able to be returned including:

  • All products from vendor(s): Cradlepoint™
  • FCC Licensing Services
  • Radio or Headset Programming Servcies
  • Software Downloads
  • Shipping Charges
  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse
  • Custom products
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Special Order"

Defective Items

First Source Wireless warranty is valid 1 year from date of purchase on manufacturing defects and may be dependent upon the terms created by the manufacturer. If you think your product is covered under warranty, please reach out to us.
